Bishop Fleming in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Manager to join our brand-new office. This role offers a diverse range of duties from advising Midland owner‑managed businesses to people management and business development responsibilities.

Working with fellow Managers, you will lead a team delivering compliance and advisory services, mentoring juniors to become accomplished business advisors, and supporting growth across the Midlands market with a focus on client value.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with experience of working within a business services environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong management approach.
• Proven ability to coach and develop junior team members into senior business advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Accountancy team, including recruitment and coaching.
• Build relationships with owner‑managed clients and maintain high‑quality service.
• Monitor market developments to keep services competitive and efficient.
• Support business development and expand the Midlands client portfolio.
