Job summary

Dnata is seeking an Account Support Specialist in Manchester to manage relationships with airline customers, monitor service standards and support commercial commitments. The role requires clear communication across sites, on-call availability and proactivity in addressing customer needs.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual commitments are delivered cost-effectively, maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer procedures, and drive improvement through performance

Qualifications

• Evidence of customer management experience.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Interact with airline customer personnel at all levels.
• Ensure clear knowledge and communication of service standards.
• Monitor and review service performance and take corrective actions.
• Deliver timely responses to customer queries and adverse comments.
