Job Description:

This role offers hybrid working hours.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Account Support Executive will work within a busy internal sales team, managing a portfolio of existing customers. The products and services include software modules, consultancy, and support. The role is office-based and involves upselling and promoting products via webinars, phone calls, and emails, focusing on existing customers without cold calling. There is potential for career progression.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Develop relationships within the customer base.
  • Identify and close opportunities for NEC software and solutions.
  • Meet annual team targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Manage opportunities from order to delivery.
  • Follow corporate policies and procedures.
  • Participate in meetings.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance sales performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous target-driven sales experience.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, including via phone, Teams, and in person.
  • CRM/SharePoint experience is advantageous.
