This role offers hybrid working hours.

Job Purpose:

Account Support Executive to work within a busy internal sales team, managing a valued portfolio of existing customers. Products and services include software modules, consultancy, and support. Our benefits are excellent, and the OTE is attractive.

The role is office-based, focusing on upselling and promoting products via webinars, calls, and emails. Typical products include additional modules, consultancy, and support renewals. There is potential for career progression. This role involves no cold calling; it is focused on upselling to NEC's existing customer base.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop effective relationships at all levels within the customer base.
  • Identify and close opportunities for NEC software and solutions.
  • Ensure the annual team target is met.
  • Keep CRM updated with all opportunities.
  • Manage opportunities from order to delivery.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings as directed.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of future opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance sales performance and new product/service ideas.
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, Teams, and in person.
  • Experience with CRM/SharePoint is highly advantageous.
