You must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and knowledge of MS Cloud Products. You can be an experienced sales or account manager OR experienced in providing technical support and seeking to move out of the helpdesk into customer management. A driving license is essential.

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Provide outstanding reactive and proactive customer care to your portfolio of existing customers.
  • Respond to marketing leads.
  • Assist with cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Travel to customer sites within a 60-mile radius of Cambridge.
  • Attend networking events.
  • Enjoy flexible hybrid working (2-3 days from home).
