Are you a tenacious and commercially driven professional ready to make an impact? We're looking for an Account Manager to join our ambitious Northern Hub team, leading key specialist retail stores and On Trade routes to market in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of commercial relationships, drive brand visibility and activation, and ensure strategic growth across our iconic portfolio, including The Dalmore, Fettercairn, and Jura.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategic account management – leading priority specialist stores and key On Trade partnerships.
  • Developing and implementing commercially sound trading agreements that enhance distribution, visibility, and activation at the point of purchase.
  • Building strong relationships across the channel, engaging customers at multiple levels to drive brand growth and market influence.
  • Leading digital amplification efforts, working closely with outlets to expand reach across social media channels.
  • Proposing and executing innovative brand activations that maximize impact—even on a budget.
  • Ensuring accurate forecasting and business planning, collaborating with finance to maintain financial precision.
  • Acting as the primary contact for customers, providing solutions and delivering excellent service.
  • Staying ahead of market trends, regularly updating stakeholders on industry insights and changes.

What We're Looking For:

Proven account management experience in a fast-paced industry.

Ability to create and implement cross-channel business plans.

Experience in FMCG, ideally with a focus on in-outlet execution.

A strong understanding of UK On Trade & Specialist Retail.

Passion for drinks, spirits, and the On Trade industry.

Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
