Job Title: Account Manager - Specialist Retail & On Trade
Function: UK Sales
Location: UK Home Base - Northern Hub
Job Level: (Internal Reference Only) 4
Contract: Full Time / Permanent - 35 hours per week, flexibility with start and finish times. With the nature of the role, there will be a regular requirement to work or travel in evenings and weekends.

What the opportunity looks like:
We are seeking a one-of-a-kind tenacious individual for a unique and exciting opportunity to join our ambitious Northern Hub team. As Account Manager for Specialist Retail & On Trade you will have direct responsibility for all priority specialist stores and key On Trade Route to Markets in Scotland, managing the commercial relationship, achieving BC targets and delivering against Distribution, Visibility and Activation (DVA) goals for those accounts on our iconic portfolio of brands that include The Dalmore, Fettercairn and Jura.
You will be required to agree and commit to commercially sound long term trading agreements that stipulate detailed DVA commitments and commercial terms. Agreeing and implementing visibility and activation at the point of purchase in line with agreed standards by segment as well as working with outlets to drive digital amplification across social channels. Establish lasting partnerships, as well as getting out and about in the market to ensure product quality and understand the customer’s vision.
Coming from a commercial background you will build strong networks across the channel and can engage customers across multiple levels. You will be relentless in your approach and the business expert in your field, inspiring customers and establishing strong JBP’s, engaging activations that will drive brand mental and physical availability and deliver against your Brand Contribution and volume objectives. You will be excited by delivering big ideas on small budgets and be familiar with social media and its impact on consumer choices.
