Role Description

As an Account / Senior Account Manager at HIGHJAM, you'll be instrumental in managing client accounts, supporting a dynamic team, and driving the successful execution of projects. You'll take ownership of client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth. Based 4 days in our London office and 1 day remote, this full-time position offers an exciting balance of collaboration and autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion, while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Industry Research and Application: Stay updated on industry trends and apply relevant insights to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Internal and External Communication: Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication at all levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, providing support and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Time Management: Handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that expectations are met
  • Financial Oversight: Manage client budgets and billing structures.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address any financial or logistical issues before they escalate, ensuring smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction

About You

We're on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a passion for creating impactful brand experiences and a strong background in experiential marketing. The role involves building strong client relationships, delivering excellent results, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager in an agency with a focus on experiential marketing is required. The position involves managing exciting projects, supporting a talented team, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organised under pressure.   • Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to deliver successful campaigns and achieve client objectives.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Decision-Making: Capability to make informed and timely decisions, even under pressure, to drive projects forward.
  • Crisis Management: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with various teams (creative, production, logistics) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships and securing the best deals for clients.
  • Client Presentation Skills: Ability to confidently present ideas, strategies, and results to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies and plans in response to changing market conditions or client needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay ahead in the industry.
