This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and award-winning healthcare communications agency as an Account Manager within our Scientific Services (Medical Affairs & Clinical Development) team. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual who is keen to progress into a more senior role and gain global experience across a range of accounts.
Based in central London and part of the TVF Media Group, TVF Communications provide services in scientific strategy, medical education, publications strategy and learning and development programmes. The agency is focused on innovation and operates at the cutting edge of digital technology with its own in-house designers and developers. Many of TVF’s accounts include a large digital component.
As Account Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a number of projects with clients based in Europe and the US. You will operate within a small team to provide excellent project management and client handling services. You will be highly organized, keeping the many strands of the projects on track, updating clients on progress, managing events and external experts, working closely with our medical writing team, dealing with suppliers and overseeing the quality of projects. Reporting to an Account Director, you will have responsibility for delivering all your projects on time and on budget.
The successful candidate will have the talent to identify and understand client needs and will have demonstrable experience of success in account and project management. All applicants must have a strong educational background, and must be able to demonstrate a talent and passion for communication both on the client-facing and internal side.
