Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is hiring an Account Manager based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The role focuses on managing key client accounts, building strong relationships, coordinating recruitment activities, and delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base.

You will work closely with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently, compliant, and of high quality. Office-based with travel to client sites as needed.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate recruitment across multiple client sites.
• Work with consultants and resourcing teams to fill vacancies on time.
• Conduct service reviews and client meetings.
• Monitor fulfilment, attendance, and service delivery.
• Resolve queries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure right-to-work compliance for candidates.
