Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group in Banbury is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our recruitment team. You will manage multiple key client accounts, build strong relationships with hiring managers, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

This office-based role involves collaborating with clients, candidates and internal teams to fill vacancies efficiently, maintain compliance, and provide accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within recruitment, account management, customer service, or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client accounts simultaneously.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Manage recruitment requirements across multiple client sites.
• Work closely with recruitment consultants and resourcing teams to ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timescales.
• Conduct regular service reviews and client meetings.
• Monitor fulfilment levels, attendance, worker performance, and service delivery.
• Resolve client and worker queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all candidate compliance and right-to-work requirements are completed.
• Liaise with payroll, compliance, and operations teams to provide seamless customer service.
• Produce client reports, KPI information, and service updates.
• Support worker onboarding, inductions, and welfare communication.
• Travel to various different client sites as and when needed.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen client partnerships.
