Le candidat sera responsable de la gestion des relations avec les clients, de la préparation de documents et de l'assistance lors de l'intégration des nouveaux clients, afin de garantir un service exceptionnel.

Qualifications

• 1+ an d'expérience dans un rôle commercial dans le secteur des paiements.

Responsibilities

• Supporter l'équipe de gestion des comptes dans la communication quotidienne avec les clients.
• Assister à l'intégration des nouveaux clients et à la gestion des données clients dans les systèmes CRM.
• Préparer des rapports et des présentations pour les réunions.

The business offer various payment solution - Payment Gateway, Open Banking Payments, Direct Debit, Real-time payments.

Key verticals include - Financial Services, Ecommerce, and Ticketing.

Clients include - Rangers FC, Flutterwave, Verto, Oakbrook and many others.

Role:

• Support the Account Management team in day-to-day client communications and relationship management
• Assist with onboarding new clients and managing client data in CRM systems
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Conduct research to support client strategies and identify upsell opportunities
• Provide exceptional service to retain existing clients.
• Attend client meetings and calls as needed, taking notes and following up on action items

Requirements:

• 1+ years in a commercial role within the payments space.
