Off Trade Account Manager at Hawkstone Brewery

Are you currently managing a customer base of Convenience customers across the Off Trade? Looking for a new and exciting challenge with a business that everyone in the drinks industry is talking about?

Join one of the UK's fastest-growing and most disruptive brewers in the drinks trade, Hawkstone Brewery, as they expand their sales team with an Off Trade Account Manager role. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your experience in managing key customers within this rapidly growing channel.

As an Off Trade Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding their presence in the UK market, taking full P&L responsibility and having the autonomy to shape the success of your channel within their dynamic off trade team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the off trade wholesale account base, building on existing business and driving new opportunities by executing the Off Trade strategy.

Develop the brand's volume and visibility across convenience stores, farm shops, garden centres, and other off trade outlets. Play a key role in growing the brand's presence and market share by developing wholesale partnerships.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Full P&L Responsibility: Managing your ledger with complete accountability.
  2. Convenience/Retailer Management: Supporting and developing existing business relationships.
  3. Business Growth: Driving growth through new business, NPD, and pack formats aligned with the channel strategy.
The Business

Hawkstone Brewery, established in 2005 and formerly known as Cotswold Brewing Co., has rapidly grown into one of the UK's fastest-growing private breweries. It rebranded in 2021 after collaborating with Jeremy Clarkson on Hawkstone Lager, brewed using barley from his Diddly Squat Farm. The brewery produces various products, including Hawkstone Premium Lager, Hawkstone Spa Lager, and Hawkstone Cider.

Reporting to the Head of Off Trade, we seek an experienced account manager with strong knowledge of the off trade sector and routes to market.

Applicants should have experience in managing off trade wholesale relationships commercially.
