Role Purpose

The Marketing Manager, Trade Activations will be responsible for facilitating supply chain activities and tracking end-to-end launches for Pop Vinyl, Bitty Pop, Loungefly, and Softlines into the retail environment across Funko EMEA. They will ensure supply, customer fulfillment, and key milestones are met by working with stakeholders within the business and managing the critical path for each launch and project.

What You’ll Do
Retail Coordination
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to deliver strategic growth categories, new product launches, and drive sales with key retail partners through strategic planning.
  • Manage critical paths for trade marketing initiatives including assortments, POS, CDU's, clipstrip programs, and FSDU launches, from initiation to delivery.
  • Collaborate in weekly forums with stakeholders across departments such as Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Planning, and Third Party Suppliers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all activations and materials.
  • Lead briefs to the design team and ensure licensor approvals are timely.
  • Manage initiatives and product launches, ensuring timely delivery and successful launches.
  • Communicate issues, priorities, and project statuses regularly, proposing solutions when needed.
  • Monitor demand and collate required information from various sources.
  • Analyze retail activations pre- and post-campaigns, providing recommendations to improve and contribute to sales targets.
  • Identify hurdles and solutions, manage stock timelines, liaise with suppliers, and assess risks.
  • Develop workflows, suggest process improvements, and manage cost analysis to ensure ROI.
  • Create and maintain tracking documents and guides for best practices in trade activation.
