About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients across the UK financial services market. Partnering with senior decision-makers, you will strengthen relationships, increase adoption of Infront’s solutions and deliver sustainable year-on-year revenue growth.

You will develop long-term account strategies, lead commercial discussions and identify opportunities to create additional value across the Infront portfolio. Working closely with Customer Success, Sales and Product teams, you will ensure a seamless customer experience, drive account expansion and represent the customer voice internally.

Your clients will include wealth managers, discretionary and execution-only brokers, investment banks, asset managers, private banks and other financial institutions. You will help them maximise the value of Infront’s financial technology ecosystem, including multi-asset market data, professional terminals, trading capabilities, workflow integrations, EMS/RSP connectivity, and web and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the commercial success of a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving long-term growth, client retention, and value creation.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver sustainable year-on-year revenue growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, Heads of Trading, Heads of Wealth Management, CIOs, CTOs, and other senior decision makers.
  • Lead commercial discussions, including contract renewals, pricing, negotiations, and long-term partnership planning.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client adoption by understanding customers' business objectives and aligning them with the right solutions across the Infront portfolio.
  • Introduce and collaborate with Sales Specialists to position additional products, capabilities, and services that create value for clients and support revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes while maintaining high levels of satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
  • Act as the commercial lead across Customer Success, Product, and Sales Specialist teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience and a coordinated approach to account growth.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally by sharing strategic market insights, customer feedback, and emerging requirements to help influence future product innovation.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving client priorities to identify new opportunities for account growth and strategic expansion.
  • Maintain strategic account plans, revenue forecasts, and a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities across your customer portfolio.
Who you are

You are a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives on developing long-term partnerships and identifying growth opportunities. With strong business acumen and a passion for financial markets and technology, you build credibility with both business and technical stakeholders and are comfortable engaging with senior executives and leading strategic commercial discussions.

You are a strong match for this role if you:

  • Have at least five years’ experience in Strategic, Enterprise or Key Account Management, or a similar client-facing commercial role within financial technology, market data, trading technology, wealth management or investment software.
  • Have a proven track record of managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts in financial services, building trusted relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Have experience with contract renewals, commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and account growth.
  • Understand market data and terminal solutions, multi-asset classes—including equities, fixed income, FX and derivatives-trading workflows, financial technology ecosystems, and front-, middle-and back-office processes.
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Are organised, commercially driven and motivated by building lasting, mutually successful partnerships.
