Responsibilities
  1. Drive the commercial success of Zen in supporting secondary schools in Liverpool.
  2. Set targets, develop strategies, and build relationships with school leaders and teams.
  3. Collaborate across teams to design and implement effective campaigns.
  4. Manage and mentor Account Managers.
  5. Enhance operational efficiency and build strategic stakeholder relationships, including senior leaders like Trust CEOs.
Success KPIs
  1. Year-over-year revenue growth in Liverpool schools.
  2. Increase in active schools and retention rates.
  3. Growth in new markets and effective marketing campaigns.
  4. Efficiency in resource allocation and candidate vetting.
  5. Adoption rate of Zen Educate features on the platform.
Requirements
  1. At least one year of management experience with more than two direct reports.
  2. Understanding of school challenges and a passion for solving them.
  3. Experience in school or commercial leadership with proven success.
