Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an Account Manager in Poole to build and grow relationships with customers in the labels, packaging or print sector. The role focuses on developing existing accounts and identifying new commercial opportunities to drive growth.

You will work within a manufacturing environment known for quality and customer service, contributing to a high-performing sales team and benefiting from a competitive package including car allowance and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in labels, packaging or print or related manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in sales, account management or business development.
• Commercially minded with targets and growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the South West.
• Generate leads and establish new customer contacts.
• Promote the benefits and unique selling points of the company's products.
• Identify opportunities to increase account profitability.
• Prepare and follow up quotations and commercial opportunities.
• Work with production and internal teams to resolve quality and delivery issues.
• Negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers.
• Communicate confidently across all levels of the business.
• Contribute to the wider success and growth of the sales team.
