Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an Account Manager for a Huntingdon-based client in large format print. You will manage and grow an established customer base, build strong relationships, increase sales through upselling and cross-selling, and generate new business.

The role offers a £30,000–£35,000 base salary plus commission, a company pension, training and career development, and a friendly, supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or account management experience.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, organised and commercially aware.
• Able to manage multiple customers and projects.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify new sales, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and secure profitable business.
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Develop new business through referrals and prospecting.
• Work with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve sales and margin targets.
