Account Manager role in Poole offering a £36,000 base salary plus monthly commission and a car allowance. You will join an independently owned manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality, customer service and industry expertise.

Key responsibilities include growing existing accounts, building new relationships across the South West, and working closely with production to resolve quality and delivery issues while advancing your career in a growing specialist manufacturer.

• Track record in sales and business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and develop new commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Identify opportunities across the South West and generate leads.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate with production to resolve quality and delivery issues.
• Negotiate with customers and suppliers.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets.
