Enviroduct Cleaning, part of Green Zone Surveys (UK) Ltd, is hiring an Account Manager to join our North East office-based team in Wallsend. You will drive new business and manage client relationships across hospitality, healthcare and education sectors, promoting Enviroduct’s kitchen extract and ductwork cleaning services to ensure clients stay compliant with fire safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telesales, business development or account management.
Confident communicator with strong telephone manner.
Target driven with proactive and resilient approach.
Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Drive full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to quotes and close.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Identify target organisations operating commercial kitchens across sectors.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
Present Enviroduct’s services clearly, articulating compliance and risk management.
Work to agreed sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records of activity, leads and opportunities.
Liaise with operations for onboarding new clients.
Stay informed on relevant industry standards and best practices.
Attend industry events to network with new prospects.
