Job summary

Swisslog, a world-leading intralogistics and robotics company, is looking for an Account Manager to join our Redditch head office with remote and hybrid options. You will own the Customer's Solution, manage contracts, and develop the account with travel to UK customers as required.

You will coordinate with engineering, service and sales teams to deliver proactive support, regular visits, and identify new project opportunities, balancing customer success with Swisslog's long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Several years of sales / account management experience.
• Basic technical understanding; engineering background is a plus.
• High level of independence, tenacity and durability.
• Ideally knowledge of the supply chain / intralogistics industry, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactive support of the assigned customers in the existing customer base.
• Regular customer visits.
• Knowing the client's activities and identifying, picking up and selling potential for projects.
• Being the contact person for every customer need, providing contacts to the appropriate Swisslog departments, coordinating a wide range of internal departments to achieve services required by the customer and complete the tasks set.
• Coordination of support and maintenance contracts and concepts.
