Job summary

Wavenet, a Manchester-based managed services provider, seeks a passionate Account Manager to join our high-performing team in a Sales Entry role. You will focus on building and retaining relationships with a large number of unmanaged accounts, some unfamiliar due to acquisitions.

Your mission is to reintroduce Wavenet and yourself, uncover new cross-sell opportunities, and turn these accounts into long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with understanding that input drives output.
• Ability to nurture relationships to drive business success.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.
• Proactive, quick thinker with a positive attitude.
• Able to manage a high number of accounts and priorities.
• Familiar with CRM tools and sales software.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage with dormant or unmanaged accounts to build trust.
• Identify opportunities for product sales and upselling across Wavenet’s portfolio.
• Educate clients about the PSTN switch-off and the migration to modern solutions.
• Drive growth and retention within a portfolio of accounts.
• Deliver tailored solutions in connectivity, VoIP, cloud, and security.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and pipeline information.
