EFT Systems is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of valued customers across the North and North West from their Southport hybrid site. You will own key relationships, ensure contract delivery and drive opportunities for additional services.

You’ll lead reviews, coordinate with operations and sales, and support renewals and bids while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in account management or service delivery within fire & security, facilities management, compliance or similar service-led environments.
• Commercial awareness with ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong customer relationships.
• Fire & security industry knowledge is highly desirable (fires, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control).

Responsabilidades

• Building strong, long-term customer relationships
• Managing contracts, SLAs, KPIs and service performance
• Leading regular customer review meetings
• Working closely with operational and sales teams
• Resolving issues and ensuring excellent customer service
• Identifying cross-selling and account growth opportunities
• Supporting contract renewals, tenders and bids
