We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to join our client's team and help deliver world-class value across various events and industries!

About the Role:

As the Technical Partnerships Manager, you will generate new business during quieter periods, focusing on IT/Networks sectors like festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and outdoor events. You will develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless transitions of accounts to the account management team. This role involves working closely with sales and operational teams to drive growth.

This company supplies innovative audio visual and IT equipment solutions, providing trusted, friendly service for indoor and outdoor events across the UK, Europe, and worldwide. Their technical expertise and extensive inventory of AV and IT technologies enable them to serve clients across all industries, from initial concept to event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/Networks sector, focusing on events such as festivals, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Develop strategies to reach and secure new business.
  • Build strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored proposals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Pitch products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Support the Partnerships Director to achieve targets and contribute to overall goals.
  • Ensure quality control, meeting equipment specifications across projects.
  • Be flexible with weekend work as required.
  • Meet KPIs related to business growth and client satisfaction.
