Confidential in Gloucester is seeking an Account Manager for its busy branch. You will handle inquiries, answer customer questions, and process orders, while being the face of our trade counter and delivering expert knowledge to walk-in customers.

You’ll follow up on outstanding queries, prepare accurate quotations, and seek upsell opportunities to drive business growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is essential.
• Prior account management experience or experience within a customer service / administrative environment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries and customer queries and process orders.
