Hayley Group is seeking an Account Manager to join our Gloucester branch. You’ll work in a busy, customer‑facing environment, building strong relationships and turning technical and commercial requirements into solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities include responding to enquiries, addressing customer questions, processing orders, and acting as the face of our trade counter. You’ll provide expert knowledge, prepare quotations, and look for upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer service.
• Background in engineering or manufacturing.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organisation and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products.

Responsibilities

• Responding to incoming enquiries.
• Addressing customer queries and processing orders.
• Providing expert knowledge at the trade counter and helping walk-in customers.
