Job Description:

With comprehensive training on products, biosecurity, and our farm-to-fork approach, you will service existing contracts and manage sales with our partners, seeking new growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  1. Manage the Sales Budget for Animal Health in the UK Northern region, aiming for growth.
  2. Enhance skills of sales and technical teams through training and field visits at key accounts.
  3. Provide technical support for product and biosecurity questions, proposing solutions with support from global teams.
  4. Conduct regular Hygiene Audits at farms and hatcheries.
  5. Offer commercial guidance on pricing, orders, and customer service follow-ups.
  6. Report to the Sales Manager UKIE Global Animal Health, establishing action plans and sales targets, and introducing new products.
  7. Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners in your territory.

What You'll Need

  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
  • Deep knowledge of animal production/farming, especially Poultry and Pig production.
  • Preferably experience in Poultry Hatcheries.
  • At least a third-level qualification in Animal/Food Science, Veterinary, Nutrition, or Bioengineering.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel 60% of the time within your territory.
  • Based preferably in Northern England, with flexibility to travel elsewhere as needed.
