  • Serving as the primary commercial point of contact for the customer.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders in procurement, purchasing, manufacturing, and operational teams.

  • Taking ownership of P&L performance, pricing processes, commercial governance, and contract management.
  • Leading contract renewals, service reviews, and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborating closely with operational teams to ensure that service delivery meets customer expectations.
  • Conducting regular business reviews, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve service levels, and increase account profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with customer quality standards, audit requirements, and established business processes.

  • Proven success in managing strategic customer relationships and complex stakeholder groups.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing contracts, pricing discussions, and business performance.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable presenting commercial data, account performance, and conducting business reviews.
Preferred Experience
  • Knowledge of industrial fluids, lubricants, coolants, and metalworking fluids in manufacturing processes.
  • Experience supporting customers in highly regulated or audited environments.
  • Understanding of service contracts and operational delivery models.
