Job summary

PayPoint plc is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across the UK. You will deliver proactive account management, regular engagement and commercial support, with a focus on re-engaging inactive accounts and driving adoption of PayPoint's solutions.

The role requires strong relationship management, a commercial mindset and the ability to identify revenue opportunities while delivering sustainable growth.

  • Strong facilitation, organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Many of these clients have good growth potential and represent valuable opportunities to expand our services and strengthen long-term partnerships.

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive proactive account management, regular engagement and commercial support. A major focus for this role will be re-engaging inactive accounts, identifying new revenue opportunities and to drive the adoption of PayPoint's wider portfolio of solutions with this subset of clients.

The successful candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with a commercial and business development mindset, helping clients maximise value from PayPoint's services while delivering sustainable revenue growth for the business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Grow and maintain strong client relationships

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/INFORMATION
  • Performance related bonus
  • Working hours 09.00 to 17.15 hours
  • Hybrid working - 2 days in the office required
  • The role will involve some travel as the position will serve clients in all parts of the UK
