They are currently seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join their expanding team.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing and developing client relationships while ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding security services. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, with a strong focus on service excellence, client satisfaction, and revenue growth. Experience in the construction sector is particularly valuable due to the specific security challenges it presents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients across the UK
  • Serve as the primary contact for all client-related matters
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding services and generating new business
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Collaborate internally to ensure service quality and compliance
  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements
  • Meet and exceed set sales targets and performance KPIs

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the security or construction industry
  • In-depth understanding of security requirements in the construction sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly motivated and results-driven approach
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
