Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a liaison between clients and our team to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Coordination Management: Manage shift requests and ensure clients have sufficient agency cover.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales and recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Driver with a clean driving license
  • Proven sales experience and/or experience in account management
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, outgoing personality with a proactive approach to client engagement
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow within the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Blue light card (we’ll pay for it)
  • Willingness to enroll onto a Level 2 to Level 5 diploma
