About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires an individual who is strategic, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and satisfaction.
  2. Sales Strategy and Execution: Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  3. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and effective solutions to meet their needs and expectations.
  4. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct presentations to potential clients, deliver proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, operations, strategy and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  6. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, generate reports, and forecast revenue to meet company objectives.
  7. Customer Support & Retention: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  8. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to adapt strategies effectively.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in Sales.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  5. Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work with minimal guidance.
  6. Experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  7. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
