Wates has an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Account Manager to provide operational leadership, technical management, added value, and development for our Key Account, London School of Economics.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an Account Manager with experience working in a transferable environment, demonstrating strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for 38 buildings on the Campus and five Halls of Residence in Central London. Candidates should have a recognized Technical qualification and membership to the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH) or an equivalent, along with solid financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing a P&L and achieving budget targets.
The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and change management skills, with the ability to balance policy and procedural requirements with client needs. You should be able to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, and senior management.
