We're seeking an Account Manager to join a new integrated team working across two iconic British brands – Pets at Home and Lloyds Banking Group.
Lloyds Banking Group is undergoing significant investment and revitalisation across their portfolio, shifting their focus to be more customer-centric.
Pets at Home is a recent agency win, with work focused on delivering strategically important projects annually as part of a broader agency roster.
You will be a key part of the team managing the day-to-day of these accounts, collaborating with strategy and creative teams to deliver excellence in customer journeys and campaigns across email, direct mail, social, content, and digital channels.
You are highly organised, accountable, and capable of building relationships quickly to create exceptional work from day one. You have a passion for best-in-class experience thinking and bring innovative approaches to client projects.
