Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is seeking a mixed account management and production professional in a hybrid role, responsible for renewal/retention and new business growth across assigned client portfolios.

The ideal candidate combines client service excellence with strong sales ability and communication skills to build trusted relationships and deliver comprehensive risk solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years related experience, or high school diploma/GED with 8 years related experience; license required.
• Preferred CPCU, CIC or ARM designation and strong sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role with account management and production responsibilities, including renewal/retention and new business goals.
• Develop and secure new business revenue while delivering high-level client service to assigned accounts.

How you'll make an impact

Has both account management and production responsibilities--hybrid role. Has both renewal/retention and new business goals. Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts.

About You

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required.

Preferred

• Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
