Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an Account Manager on-site near St Ives, Cambridgeshire. You will manage key customer accounts, build long-term relationships, identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while coordinating quotations and forecasts.

You will work with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, maintain customer information in the MRP system, and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Previous account management or customer-facing sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.
• Experience within manufacturing or engineering is desirable.
• Confident using MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

OFFICE BASED ROLE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a growing manufacturing business.

You’ll be responsible for managing key customer accounts, building long‑term relationships, identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll oversee quotations, forecasts, order progress, and customer communications while supporting business growth.
