Job Opportunity: Account Manager at Digital Marketing Agency

Location: Hassocks (Hybrid working)

Salary: £28,000-£34,000 DOE

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team at a Digital Marketing Agency based in Hassocks. This is a permanent role focused on managing existing client portfolios and enhancing their web presence.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong, healthy relationships with clients through regular communication, including phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Technical SEO team to define strategies and delivery schedules that meet client objectives.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement client development plans and internal processes to foster long-term relationships.
  • Document all client interactions to share with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Report regularly to the Account Director on client status.
  • Deliver monthly marketing reports within the first 4 working days, including summaries of activities and alignment with client goals.
  • Identify and present new business opportunities to grow agency revenues.
  • Analyze, track, and monitor rankings, conversions, and traffic using various tools.
  • Manage client budgets effectively.
About You
  • Good understanding of SEO practices.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with project management tools.
  • Strong self-motivation and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all management levels and stakeholders.
  • Excellent project and account planning skills to manage client expectations and deliver quality consistently.
  • A passion for delivering client business objectives and ensuring each project contributes positively to overall strategies.
  • High customer service orientation with a proven track record in account management and client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience managing a diverse range of SME clients.
