We’re hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customers. This role is focused on renewals and expansion, and over time will play an increasing role in driving product adoption. You’ll join the team at a high-growth moment, with an expanding customer base and a clear opportunity to maximise commercial value. You’ll take ownership of renewals and expansion across a mid-market portfolio, working closely with Implementation and Product to help customers realise value and drive stronger product adoption. We work hybrid and ask that new colleagues spend 3 days per week at our shiny London office during their first 6 months, to make the most of getting to know the business and other teams.
After that, our policy is at least 2 days per week in the office to collaborate, connect and make the most of our shared space.
