Job description

Business Analyst / Customer Success Manager

London

5 days in the office - Covent Garden

Business Analyst - Customer Success Manager (Client Relationship Focus – Technology Services) However you do not need to come from a technical or IT background. We just need someone has actually has an interest to learn in this arena. However if you are coming from a large corporate workplace, this may not be the right move. This is working for a small Managed Service Provider(20 staff)

We’re looking for someone who builds strong, lasting relationships with clients and takes real ownership of those relationships over time.

This role sits between our clients and our technical teams. You don’t need to come from an IT background — what matters is your ability to understand client needs, communicate clearly, and manage relationships with confidence and credibility.

You’ll be supported by a strong technical team. Your role is to ensure clients feel looked after, informed, and confident in the service they receive.

This role would suit someone from a Customer Success, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Client Relationship background who enjoys working closely with clients rather than focusing on purely sales or technical delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients (typically 8–12)
  • Building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Leading regular client reviews (monthly/quarterly) and maintaining structured communication
  • Translating client needs into clear actions for internal technical teams
  • Identifying risks, issues, or gaps in service and ensuring they are addressed
  • Acting as a calm and reliable escalation point when challenges arise
What We’re Looking For
  • A strong relationship manager who is comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with clients
  • A stable career history that shows commitment and progression
  • Experience managing multiple clients or stakeholders simultaneously
  • Clear communication skills — able to simplify and structure conversations
  • An interest in technology and willingness to learn (full support provided)
Backgrounds That Could Work Well

We’re open to a range of backgrounds, including:

  • Customer Success Manager / Account Manager / Service Delivery Manager roles within tech platforms or service businesses
  • Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager roles within recruitment or professional services
Important
  • not a sales‑led role — we are not looking for aggressive sales profiles
  • We’re interested in people who build trust and long‑term relationships, not just those who chase targets
