Base pay range

Role: Key Account Manager

Location: London

HUGE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE OVER A KEY CLIENT ACCOUNT AND FOCUS ON ACCOUNT EXPANSION ACROSS EUROPE.

The Company:

  • 7m EBITDA (Record EBITDA)
  • Private Equity backed
  • 2-3 years away from their next event

  • 50% of leadership team are female

The Role:

  • Taking over an established account and expanding further
  • Renewable Energy focused
  • 100% contract
  • Covering Europe - travel involved to meet clients F2F across France, Germany, Nordics etc.
  • Account expansion - building out point of contacts
  • Customer centric role - delivering strong service, client first approach
  • Focusing on high level, white collar technical positions - high margins, long average contract durations
  • Opportunity to build out this account and take over 2-3 other accounts once up and running
  • Opportunity to be billing £28-30k per month by 6-12 month mark
  • Uncapped commission structure - no threshold, pays up to 25%

The person:

  • Strong client experience - specifically evidencing where you have expanded accounts
  • International exposure
  • Contract experience - must know contract inside and out
  • Working on high level margins, day rates etc.
  • Be client facing and strong at building client relationships
  • You do NOT need to have experience within energy recruitment - anything within STEM markets will transfer
  • Strong process and structure to your day
