Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment is recruiting for an Account Manager to service a prominent river cruise client in a hybrid London role. Three days in the office with a mix of client visits and online meetings.

The ideal candidate will bring account management experience in travel, preferably in Cruise and River cruising, and a strong leisure travel network across the UK. You will present to win new business and engage in trade shows and fam trips.

Qualifications

• Account management within cruise experience is essential.
• Ideally river cruising experience or strong river cruise contacts.
• Knowledge of the UK travel leisure market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing business and develop new business across the UK travel leisure market.
• Present regularly to win new business and build relationships with clients.
• Attend trade shows, run fam trips, and train travel staff.
• Visit clients face to face and conduct meetings online as part of a hybrid working model.

Account manager - Required to work for this well known global representation company, representing a new river cruise client. Hybrid role, 3 day in the office the office Is based in London. Salary up to £40,000, account management within cruise is a must, ideally within River cruising as well as contacts within the leisure travel industry

-Representing a river cruise company Growing existing business as well as developing new business across the UK travel leisure market

-Mixed of office based and homebased, so South East UK is a must, visiting clients face to face and conducting meetings online

-Presenting on a regular basis with the aim of winning new business

-Constantly looking at the UK travel trends, competitor pricing etc

-Attending trade shows, running fam trips, visiting and training travel staff on a regular basis

-Account management experience in travel is a must within Cruise, ideally River cruising

-A strong network of relationships within the leisure side of the travel industry

-A natural sales person, a drive for winning new business

-Strong communication and presenting skills

-Based in the South East as the role is hybrid
