Job summary

PIB Group Services Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager for Property Owners/Real Estate in Norwich. This hybrid, permanent role involves acting as a trusted advisor to a defined client portfolio, tailoring insurance and risk management solutions, and supporting growth and retention.

You'll manage day-to-day broking tasks, renewals, queries, and insurer surveys, ensuring high compliance. Relevant experience in property owners insurance and FCA regulations is desirable; Cert CII is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within Property Owners/Real Estate insurance.
• Good understanding of Property Owners insurance and FCA compliance requirements.
• Confident MS Office user (Acturis or similar platform experience a plus).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to meet SLAs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted advisor for a defined client portfolio, assessing client needs and arranging tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
• Support business growth and retention, handle day-to-day broking tasks (queries, renewals, adjustments, insurer surveys).
• Ensure everything is delivered to a high compliance standard.
