Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Account Manager / Contract Manager within FM.
• Strong hard FM / M&E background.
• Experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance and compliance.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.

Account Manager - Data Centre | Temp to Perm

Chiswick, West London

Perm - Upto - £80,000 / Temp-to-Perm - £41.50

Monday - Friday | Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join a fantastic Facilities Management business, working on a high-profile data centre site in Chiswick.

The Role

As Account Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of FM services across the site, ensuring excellent operational performance and maintaining a strong relationship with the client.

• Managing the day-to-day FM service delivery across the data centre.
• Leading and supporting engineering and facilities teams.
• Managing PPM and reactive maintenance delivery.
• Ensuring statutory compliance and Health & Safety standards are maintained.
• Managing subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and client requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Managing budgets, costs and additional works.
• Producing reports and attending client meetings.
• Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Ensuring the site is maintained to a consistently high standard.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an Account Manager / Contract Manager within FM
• Strong hard FM / M&E background
• Experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors

• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
• Experience within a data centre or critical environment would be highly advantageous
