The Account Manager is a key member of the ITG team, responsible for client service delivery, operational excellence, innovation, project management, and team support—building partnerships with clients. The role involves managing projects in print production, fulfillment, and delivery, focusing on improving efficiency, supporting the Account Director in achieving financial targets, and optimizing client benefits.

The role requires expertise in litho and digital print buying, supported by the Production team at ITG's head office. The Account Manager will also handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, work-in-progress tracking, briefing, and supplier management. The ideal candidate will excel in a client-facing environment, understanding how to integrate into a client's marketing team while delivering excellent account management.

Innovation is central to our approach, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client focus: Building strong relationships, managing stock, analyzing data, delivering excellent service, and working closely with supply chain partners to ensure project success and timely delivery.
  • ITG: Providing top-tier account services, managing finances, leveraging our network for innovative solutions, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the Account Director.
Success Factors:
  • Developing client partnerships with a service-minded approach.
  • Building internal networks and understanding our full service offering.
  • Expertise in print and stock management, with knowledge of marketing principles and POS in hospitality.
  • Experience in creative/artworking/print processes and project management.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Customer-centric attitude with excellent account management skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver quality work promptly.
  • Strong print knowledge, especially in litho and digital, with understanding of production processes.
  • Negotiation skills for print buying while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and large spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, proactivity, accountability, and a delivery-focused mindset.
Key Skills:
  • Numerate and commercially aware.
  • Proficient in Excel and computer literacy.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
