Job Summary

As an Account Executive, you'll provide essential support to our Account Managers while helping deliver outstanding campaigns that exceed client expectations. This role balances structured project management with relationship building in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Management

  • Oversee campaign development from initial brief through to successful completion
  • Provide timely updates to the sales team at key project milestones
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive timing schedules for all stakeholders
  • Ensure quality deliverables across all departments while maintaining deadlines
  • Identify valuable insights from campaigns to implement in future projects

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with clients
  • Anticipate potential challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Adapt communication approaches to align with client preferences
  • Represent TLC professionally at client meetings and presentations
  • Serve as a dedicated ambassador for TLC's service excellence

Commercial Operations

  • Apply thorough understanding of TLC's business terms in decision-making
  • Identify and mitigate potential campaign risks with proactive strategies
  • Recognize opportunities for campaign enhancement and account growth
  • Support accounts receivable processes for assigned clients
  • Ensure promotional activities adhere to relevant regulations
