Responsibilities:
- Working with the marketing team to create any requested School partner literature.
- Developing electronic case study documentation.
- Producing supporting documentation and PowerPoint presentations for Account Manager School meetings.
- Proactively suggesting alternative ways to present/showcase information using electronic/online channels.
Administrative:
- Creation of new records within CRM for the account management team and updating them.
- Ensuring accurate completion of documents.
- Arranging/tracking samples following instructions provided by the account management team.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient sharing of information for school partner updates.
- Setting up new items on the ERP system and updating them.
- Filing all relevant documentation and approval evidence to the CRM/ERP system.
- Building & checking pricelists and web shops utilizing the company CRM/ERP system.
- Tracking and chasing new visual requests.
- Maintenance of new product information on the website for new schools.
Customer Communication:
- Responsible for providing School partner literature/documents to schools and tracking receipt of completed documents, keeping the account management team updated on such communications.
- Organising dressed mannequins/pricelists/sizing sets for open days/evenings.
- Preparing samples with attached approval labels, sending to schools, and tracking receipt for quality control use.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Confident and professional.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service attitude.
- Positive & strong work ethic.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience of a CRM/stock management system desirable but not essential.
