Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Account Handler ready to move into management in Leeds. You will lead a team of 5-6 Account Handlers while retaining a small personal book of mid-market and corporate clients.

This role offers genuine ownership to shape the team, improve processes and make a real impact. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into management while continuing to manage selected client relationships.

• Senior Account Handler ready for a first-time management move.
• Experience with mid-market or corporate commercial insurance is desirable.
