Join us to apply for the Account Handler role at Ardonagh Advisory.

About the role

Based in Norwich city centre, you'll work Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with no weekends and the option to work from home after training. No experience necessary, as we provide full training!

Responsibilities

1. Providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients via phone, with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
2. Processing correspondence, renewals, and quotations accurately.
3. Achieving team targets and KPIs by maximising business opportunities.
4. Working effectively in a fast-paced team environment, supporting colleagues, and contributing to team goals.
