Do you have experience working in the Insurance industry? Looking for that next great move in your career? Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as an Insurance Account Handler within our friendly team based in Norwich.

Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you'll work Monday to Friday (no weekends!) and earn a basic salary relative to your experience, plus a generous bonus structure. You’ll also enjoy benefits of working with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers. We are open to candidates from all backgrounds and offer hybrid and flexible working options if the traditional 9-5 isn’t for you.

Role Responsibilities

Every day, you will support a designated client portfolio, act as their first point of contact, build strong relationships, and assist with queries. This role is ideal if you love customer service or sales, as relationship-building is key to success.
