Jewson in Croydon is seeking a Sales Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across the Croydon area. You will work closely with branch teams and suppliers to ensure orders run smoothly and identify opportunities to onboard, reactivate and grow customer spend.

In this role you will provide day-to-day sales support for your account portfolio, manage estimates and orders, and act as the main contact for customers, collaborating across the branch network to deliver strong results.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management or customer support.
• Awareness of margins, rebates, delivery charges and credit processes.
• Clear communicator with customers at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow your assigned account portfolio.
• Develop relationships to maintain profitability.
• Be proactive with site visits and customer check-ins.
• Simplify the customer experience and manage owned accounts.
• Follow up and re-quote projects to meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate with branches to prioritise orders and delivery needs.
• Provide specification and product data when required.
• Support onboarding of new accounts and drive spend.
• Understand customer needs and expand relationships with solutions.
• Target dormant accounts and reactivate them.
• Open and grow new customer accounts.
• Build supplier relationships to grow business.
